Quick Fina Question

(I did a search, but didn't find a quick answer)

Will be trying Fina for the first time and wanted to know if you really need to throw down the calories (like when on eq or test) to see the huge stength gains everyone talks about? I'm 200lbs lean, and lookin for mostly strength and cuts this time around.
 
Yuu'll want to be in a calorie surplus, but you'll want it to be in protein, as your bodies natural tendancy is to store protein as muscle. But don't go crazy if cutting is your goal. 1.5-2 grams of protein per lb of body weight should be fine. Keep carbs to non-starchy vegetables, and fats to unsaturated fatrs and you should be fine.
 
Tren just simply works, doesnt matter much how ya eat. Last cycle I was on low cals and made great gains in mass and strength while losing bf. This cycle I have EQ and enth tossed in so I am having a hard time keeping cals low and strength gains are killer again. Up 12 lbs after 4 weeks.
