Quick Deca dose question

Is there any difference between taking one 400mg dose of Deca once a week or splitting it into 2 200mg doses a couple of days apart?

No, deca is very long acting so the difference is very little.

I just read some stuff on another board about how much a person would absorb at one time. But it didn't sound as if they were definite about what was being said.

i have taken all at one shot and taken 3 shoots a week of deca never could tell the diff
