Quick cycle question...

I'm leaving on vacation (Mexico) soon and have 4 1/2 weeks to build as much muscle as possible.

5'9"
30yrs
200 lbs
15% bf
lifting consistently for 3.5 yrs, off and on for 10 yrs

This will be my first cycle and all I have right now is Var. I've been resting upper body for 8 weeks because of elbow tendonitis (lateral) and it's still a bit sore. I want to be ripped so I don't know if I have time to cut after a few weeks of something like dbol.

I was thinking:

30-35mgs Var ed
Test Prop 150-300/wk
good diet, essential oils, cardio

Would test prop help my tennis elbow at all?? Maybe EQ instead of Prop??

Should I lift 6 days/wk??

Any suggestions are appreciated, I want to look good for the ladies. And remember this is my first cycle, I want to keep it simple and safe. Lol, I know it's a lot to ask for the short time frame.

Prop 100mg/EOD for weeks 1-6
Var 40mg/Day weeks 1-6
Anastrozole .50mg/EOD for weeks 1-After PCT is finished
Clomid started 3 days after your last dose of Prop.
Get some Thermorexin and Yohimburn ES from the AF store(use as directed). Cardio at least 4 times a week in the AM on an empty stomach (preferably) Hit the weights on your regular shedule. Keep a low cal diet that consists of high protein, mod carb and low fat but you may need to adjust it according to your body type.
