In had a choice of either NO-Xplode or Amplify 02, which would you pick and what flavors? Whether it is taste, value, or better results, etc. just please let me know.

NO-Xplode the red color... fruit punch flavor I belive, that the only flavour I tried though...tasty.

No-Xplode lost its effectiveness for me after 4-5 workouts, haven't tried Amp02 however.
