Just had a few questions and was wondering if any one can help out...as far as d-bol is it best to take m spread out through the day or all at once? if through the day whats the best times morn, noon, night? and If its at once whens the best? Workouts tends to be in the late evenings at around 8-9pm if that helps either as well. Next question is clen I was told to take it 6 weeks max, if true how long should I wait before next cycle...also whats a good doseage for the most effectiveness? n-e imputs appreciated.

i took bwtn 40-50 mg thru out the day just like chasel52 said. def take them 3 to 4 hours apart. but what kind of d-bol and its potency?
 
Thanks for the responses. Its british dragon, and 10mg each. I planned on taking 30mgs every day for the first week, 40mg a day for the next 6 weeks and the last week at 30mgs to cycle down. I'm currently on day. Does this sound like a good start. Also any advice on the clen..
 
I am curious about this too I have always believed spread throghout the day but in Anabolics 2005 there is a theory in there of taking them all at once to get peak levels at the most opportune time but there wasn't alot of info about it I would like someone who's tried both methods to shed some light if they noticed any difference in spread throughout the day or taking them all 1.5 to three hours before workout.
 
I've taken them spread out evenly throughout the day and also all at once. I never noticed any difference between the two methods.
 
I take them all at once about an hour or hour and a half before my workout. This way you can take advantage of the heightened androgens and your body will respond better during the post-workout window.
 
I used to take em all at once first thing in the morning and this seemed to work best for me but everyone is different.
