Just had a few questions and was wondering if any one can help out...as far as d-bol is it best to take m spread out through the day or all at once? if through the day whats the best times morn, noon, night? and If its at once whens the best? Workouts tends to be in the late evenings at around 8-9pm if that helps either as well. Next question is clen I was told to take it 6 weeks max, if true how long should I wait before next cycle...also whats a good doseage for the most effectiveness? n-e imputs appreciated.
