Questions starting Cypionate

Hey all!

First time poster here, long time reader…

Here is my story in a nutshell… I am 5'7 and weigh about 225 lbs..

I have not worked out in years, and but I am constantly moving (with my job) so at least I get some excersise…

I always felt tired, and when I went to the doc my testosterone was suuuuuper low, so he started me on 200mg of Cypionate per week..

I am using this wake up call to change my life, and today is day 1!

My question, my goal is to get to 160 lbs, and be ripped… but I don't want to look like the guy from the shield…

Will cypionate at 200mg per week help me to not look like a pear and actually lose 60 lbs and look cut?!

By reading things on here, it sounds like eating clean (high protein, low carbs) and working out daily is the key, but again I don't want to do anything that will make me gain weight.. (Like even if I lower my bf, I don't want to be 5'7 and weigh 220)

Or what general advice to actually LOSE weight and bf will starting cypionate..

A little more info, I am 30 years old and My bf right now is about 31%.. I know terrible… I have a gut that make me look like I am pregnant and a double chin that is just the WORST…

It's bad, just looking to make a change and literally change EVERYTHING.. And it starts with cypionate.. or should I hold off on the injections and just eat super healthy and start doing cardio, lose some weight AND then start the injections and weight lifting…

150 grams chicken and 50 grams to 100 grams of brown rice or potato every 3 hours should boost your metabolism.

You can switch chicken with lean turkey or fish.

Juice isn't going to make you slim on its own and your can't expect to just transform over night. You need to think long term and stay with it. This ain't temporary it's a life style. Get rid of all simple sugars and drink nothinggg but water. No drinks. Water all day.

You got a long ester test so give it 3 to 5 weeks before you feel it.other thing is test makes you feel good but not like your on something it's kind of like you were always that way naturally. That's my exp and few others.

Don't need to hold back on test....your test can also score low if your not in shape and working out good. I did a test to check my test recently and it scored higher then 3 years ago

It really come down to diet, gotta eat clean and cut cals. and MAKE time for the gym/workout.... no excuses,,,, I just finished 3 16.5 hour days of work in a row and still hit the gym for 30 min of quick cardio as i am trying to cut up a lil more..
Just gotta do it brother,,, I am iffy on the hrt, did you see an endo? or just your general doc?

Your body fat is too high for AAS bro.. So I would stay away from that, as it could do more harm then good. Look into sarms. I think GW (Cardarine) would give you the edge you and looking for, while then others help to build lean body mass and cut visceral fat.

Then see what your bodyfat is again. If you can get below 15% then you could consider AAS. Just make sure you get your diet dialed in. The EVO diet would be great if you want to drop alot of weight in a short period of time.. but really follow the macros. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-evolutionary-diet

This is a great app to help with calculate your macros so you can stay accountable and accururate. its called "Lose It" I use this one myself.
 
you need to develop consistency in your diet and training and start to show some discipline... of course if you have low testosterone then trt is going to help but it's not going to magically start melting fat... it will make you feel better and allow you to train harder and develop more size but if you think that's the answer, you very wrong... you have to change the way you are doing things and put in the time and the effort... sarms will enable you to enhance your workouts to the highest extent and help you to melt away fat... the harder you work on them, the more work you allow them to do and the more drastic the change... read my articles on sarms at Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMS) - Evolutionary.org I am attaching a cutting cycle for you with the links on where to get everything you need...
