Questions on B-12 shots.

I'm a competitve athlete in a Winter sport. Once in a while I get sick mid season and lose a significant amount of strength due to inhibited apetite. So I have some questions with B-12 shots.

What's a good dose?

When should you take them?

How long can you take them for?

What are the sides like?

What happens if you mainline them?

They're legal to import, right?

And of course, do they really work?

holy shit, you asked about mainlining b12?

No, really. When I was using b12, I was using 500mcg EOD. As far as results go, its one of those things that you dont really know if it has helped you or not. Pumps, maybe. Increased appetite, maybe. its hard to say, but some people have noticable results from using it. I ended up using 500mcg EOD for about 4-5 months straight.

500mcg EOD really isnt necessary, you could use 500 mon, wed, fri or you could shoot 500 2X per week. I'm sure any of the ways will be beneficial.
 
Yeah, I asked about mainlining it, but not because I was planning on it, I was just curious if it was as dangerous as mainlining tren or something. So this is the only response there is for B-12?
