Questions on 1-AD

I notice that many people have stated that they would be starting 1-AD in the near futre or are currently on it. I want to know if any of you have any definitive side effects which you can report or if it is all it is cracked up to be. I know that nothing can measure up to actual gear, but for those of us that want to stay legal, a PH that actually works, and can be proven that it works, is a big deal.

So how bout it people? Latest results or side effects please!
