Im just now starting to work out. Im 6'4 and a whopping 155 lds.Im wanting to use a oral like Dball ( i got a connection where i can get a good deal on it, so id like to try it.), or maybe a oral/injection combo.what would be a good choice to use and the best-safest cycle.I dont want bitch tits!!!!!!!!!Im 26 years of age and i want to put on a good amount of muscle.please help me
 
Try eating as much milk, eggs and rice as possible.
 
Bro I am 220 6' and I am skinny in here. Get in the gym and start ramping up your eating. It takes a while for your body to adjust to the increased calories so ramp up slowly. You will not belive how much weight you will put on with a good diet alone. Wait a couple of years with good and a strict weight training and you will get where you want to be. Good luck Bro!
 
Start by eating at least 300 grams of protein a day. This is the hardest part of building your body for me. Do that for 4 weeks and let us know if you could do it without missing a day. Try Chicken breasts, Tuna, Tilapia, eggs and some whey isolate shakes but get most of it from real food. Keep your carbs clean as well Short grain brown rice sweet potato and a big ol bowl of oatmeal in the morning. Throw in some veggies throughout the day and you should be good to go. This will all take time be patient and you wil get where you want to go.
 
you have a long road friend. You must be a rail. You must become intimately acquainted with your muscles during workouts, and these guys rarely say anything to steer a person wrong in this forum. I've been away from it for awhile, and frequent extreme now & again.... but these fellas are patient with everyone(for the most part) EAT and feel the muscle.
 
I agree with everyone here. You must first get your diet strait.. meaning six to eight meals of quality food a day. Get a multi-vitamin too. Keep slamming the protein.
Next make sure you are working out properly... meaning proper form and not overtraining.
AAS are not magic pills or injections. If you do not have the above down correctly you will gain strength and size while on.. then go back to normal after (maybe a few lbs up but it will be water).
PCT... if you don't know what it is you are not ready for a cycle. Make sure you have it in place before you do your first cycle.
Lastly, for your first cycle just run something like this.. test enanthate at 250mgs each week for 10 weeks. I ran that at 200lbs and I went to 220.
*I had my diet and routine in check to get these results.

Listen. Noone on this board knows where you are coming from as much as i do. When I started...i weight a solid 138. And no..i'm not 5'7......no...not 5'10....i'm 6' even. It was the beginning of my senior yr. high school. I got bit by the bodybuilding bug the previous yr.(my junoir yr) and i had made it up to the impressive mid 140's. So...here comes senior yr. and i was really getting tired of getting called chicken legs. So i went on a all out weight gain frenzy. No i did not take drugs. Cause at this point in my life...the most anabolic thing that I could put in my body was food!!!Yes..that's right...food! I was introduced to a very nice wieght gainer called "Nlarge" by prolab. This became my best friend. Don't forget to throw in some olive oil for some extra calories. Try 4 shakes of that a day..along w/some good size meals....and you will have some results like mine

The results. I got up to 190 in three months. No drugs,creatine,andro.....just calorie packed protein. Make sure to take your shakes a little after your meal..otherwise...if you take it before your meal, you will lose you appetite..if you take it between meals...you will not have your next appetite. I know most people will say eat 6 small meals...blah blah blah...guys like me and you don't have big appetites...and must cram it all down at once.

But...if drugs are a must....can't go wrong w/dbol/test.
I'm no stranger to the drug scene now tho. I currently weigh anywhere between 225-240...depending on how dieted down i am.
