Hi! I have been reading this board for about a month and a half now and have to say it is great. I thought it was time to introduce myself. You guys really have great input on everyones questions.
I use to work out religiously from the time that I was 17 to 21. Once I turned 21 I started to get in the party scene way to much and drifted away from working out. Now, 10years later and a 28 day rehab, I know longer drink and/or use drugs. My drug of choice was cocaine. I decided it was time to start working out again. I have been working out again for 2 months.
Here are some basic stats before I started working out again.
31 years old
5' 10 1/2"
217-220LBS
30% BF - Big BEER BELLY
15 1/2" Arms
After 2mos
230 pounds
22% BF
16 3/4" Arms
I used AS very little. When I was 19 I came across some anadrol 50 and Sust 250, I believe it was Sust anyway. I did not know what I was doing and did not have any guidance. I only took about 4 shots of Sust and two weeks of Anadrol 50. At the end of two weeks I had a couple jacks and cokes and turned red all over my body. I felt that this was a side effect of the AS. I got scared and stopped using AS. Since, I was an alcoholic in the making I did not want to stop drinking. I really didnt use AS anymore. For a couple years after whenever I would drink hard alcohol I would get dark red patches all over my body. It did stop happening. I can not really say if this was caused by the AS or not.
I am definatly not where I was when I quite but it seems that it is true about muscle having memory. Here are a couple questions that I have.
1) Since, I am a recovering addict if I decide to take AS will I have a chance of being addicted to AS. I asked my continuing care about AS and they said it was a BIG NO for addicts.
2) Since, I did work out regularly several years ago how long should I wait before doing a cycle. I would like to do a cycle within the next month or so. Would you all wait longer?
