I was wondering if someone could look at my workout and offer any good pointers.
DumbBell Press - 4 x 6
Bench Press - 4 x 8
Decline Bench Press - 4 x 6
Dumb Bell Flies - 4 x 8
BarBell Curls - 4 x 8
Dumb Bell Curls - 4 x 8
Any pointers ? I was told I should add "skull crushers" for triceps.
Also I wanted to know would it be best to live the most weight I possible can to complete 6?
And for the Bench Press and Declined i've been lifting a steady weight for a while now and I notice its been about a month and I have yet to increase.
I was told that you should increase the weight when you can do 4 x 8 of the particular exercise.
And as far as a diet would go i've been eating chicken ,chicken, and chicken. And eggs in the mourning is that an ok thing to eat I know im not a buff on different protein foods but so far I have learned the protein bars are the worse thing since .. i dunno!
Anyways thanks any help would be appreciated.
