questions for those more expierienced than I am

It's all to do with the life span of the esters.. from what I've read on these boards it's best if you are to take 500mg sust (2 amps) a week, to get the sust in there as evenly as possible without spiking the test in your system up heaps all of a sudden then dying out before the next shot.

How is that possible if sust will stay in your system for as long as 3 weeks before tapering off??
 
I agrea with getting rid of the cardio. Limit your workouts to 45 minutes max also or your going to overtrain yourself to the point you'll get sick and quit before your cycle ever gets off the ground. Are your protein drinks with your meals or as meal replacements?

I don't agree. 250 is sufficient for a steroid novice to gain great amounts of muscle. do you think that 500 mg will cause much more side's then 250 mg e/w ?

I have a hard time limiting myself to less than an hour in the gym. I dont know what it is. It doesn't matter what I may be working in the gym, I dont get a serious pump until the30 to 45 minute mark. And you know as well as I do, when you get the pump you will have to drag my ass out of the gym! As for the protein, I take the shakes when I wake, after the gym and right before bed. About 33 grams per serving.
