My routine for the last week regarding water intake, food intake, diuretics, and carb loading/depletion, was customized by my trainer on Friday, 8 days before the show. It would be silly for me to tell you what I did because there is no gaurantee that it will work for you. I have no idea what your conditioning is like, how much water you have been drinking, I basically know nothing. It would be like a crap shoot in terms of making it work for you bro. Seriously, get yourself a competition trainer. At most they charge $40 per visit, and these guys know what the hell they are talking about.
