hello every1 im new at this site and im 6 feet tall weighing at 165 lbs and im on vacation right now in the philippines for about a month and i wonder what kind of work out i can do at home...the reason is because there is no gym near my relatives place and all my uncle has is a pair of dumbells which weighs 30 lbs each...i was wondering how i can work on my chest while im here...alos there is no bench here...do i just do push ups?...how many reps and set?
