Questions about refeed

My first refeed will be this upcomming wednesday and I can't tell you how excited I am :)

1) Frosted Flakes, Rice Crispies, Lucky charms, are these cerials ok?

2) Is there a limit as to how much I should eat on my refeed? or can I just let myself go and eat as much as I want as long as its low fat, high carbs?

3) Should I lift on this refeed day?

thanks

1) Should be ok but you could eat twice as much as one of the less sugary cereals.

2) Yes you don't want to go too crazy, but unless you totally binged it's probably not that easy to do this. It's good to go up to 25% past maintenance and maybe even a little higher. However it is possible to eat too much on refeeds even if you kept fat low and carbs high.

3) It's "safer" to do refeeds on a workout day, especially if you start it after your workout. However it's not necessary by any means.

Par is I were to open a box of Fruity Pebbles it wouldn't survive longer than 5 minutes. That is my all time favorite cereal but I can't stop once I start.

I eat anything and everything - go to town :)

You want a complete contrast to your diet days.

The last time I did I refeed, I must have close to 500 grams of carbs 150 grams of saturated fat ad 200+ grams of protein etc, I was eatinge very 30 minues :D

junk food , good food, it didn't matter. AFter that binge, you get motivated to go back on your diet the next day - didn't gain any fat which was cool!

Cookie crisp is the shiz'nt. As well as Cap'n crunch (peanut butter),frosted flakes, corn pops and pretty much any other sugary cereal. Im convinced breakfast cereal is the greatest food of all time!!!

I will have to try the oreo cereal, it looks good. Another great one is reeses puffs (last refeed day i made pancakes and added them into the batter Hmmmmmmmmmm)

I saw them while browsing at the store last night. Had 24g of carbs per 3/4 cup which is about on par(no pun intended) with the rest of the sugar cereals. Fat was low so it'd be ideal. They looked pretty damn good, like mini chocolate donuts with the colored sprinkles. I'll have to try them on my next refeed.

They're alright. Not too chocolaty, and they don't really taste like Cap N Crunch. I'd go with Count Chocula over these.
Count Chocula gets my vote too. I go through a box each refeed.
