Why do we spend so much money and energy on new ways to kill people, and so little on curing diseases that kill?

How can someone profess to believe in God, yet they can hate so easily?


Why is it so easy to turn our back on our fellow man, without even thinking about it?


Those are just some of the questions that make me wonder about people and their motives.

Once you accept human nature and the natural ugliness that comes with it, then you realize the futility of attempting to change it.

Some people spend their lives in an ultimately useless attempt to make the world a better place - I applaud them.

Me; I'd rather hack people apart with a hatchet.

Sometimes you just get tired of seeing good people get sick and have their lives shortened. All the while we keep inventing new and better ways to take human life, as these people fight for just a few extra days and nobody seems to do anything.
