Lets say i'm running a little low(35-45g) for total daily fat content for the day and right on track with the protein. Am I supposed to drink lard or something to make up for the fat? If I have like hambuger I'll get the fat but I'll also get too much protein. This is my first day and my ratios should be 85/15. A lot of fatty foods contain high protein so How do I keep up the fat while have the protien low?
Also, I snack on peanuts, is having too much going to knock me out of the swing of things?
