Hi guys, im 32 years old and female. Im looking to get some much better results from my work outs. I want to cut fat and lose some weight primarily while building a little bit of muscle. I wanted to know about the sides as well as if its effective and how long I would have to stck for. I know guys who have done it and it worked amazing but im not going to lie im a little nervous cause I dont know any girls....also I am hypothyroid...will this be an issue.
