Hey so i keep seeing this research Ag guys thing so i went to the site. Is it illegal for me to order it and have it sent to my house in the united states? Their liquid nolva that is....?

Speaking as an attorney, people who believe that if they got nailed for buying it and thinking they would get off because they are "using it for research purposes" are misinterpreting the law to a great extent.
But in reality, the chances of you getting nailed for ordering dome nolv from them is very slim. In fact, I have never heard of anyone getting busted. In sum, you are safe, at least until LE decides to crack down on the ancillary sites. Which I believe will happen someday, thus I do not order anything from anyone that is somewhat risky unless I take the proper precautions (i.e. fake name, PO Box, prepaid credit card or WU with a fake name etc.)

exactly. Just order it for research purposes. Its just like how in some states you cant purchase a sterile needle from walmart for yourself, but if you go to a feed store yiu can purchase them for a pet. (ive had to do that many times)
