right now i'm 210 pounds, stand 5 10', and i'm on my first cycle of sust250. i am doing 500mg's of sust a week, one shot on monday, the other on thursday. i gained 15 pounds by the end of week two, but many that i've told that to say that it's most likely water weight. anyhow, i researched for a long time before i decided to go ahead with the cycle. many told me not to stack on my first cycle and they said that i would do great on sus alone. well, its coming up on week four and i want more than what i'm getting(don't we all.LOL). i know that it will be kicking in this week(probably) or the next. i'm not very concerned with body fat, although i don't want to look like the pillsbury dough boy. i never had my BF% taken, but i would guess it is around 15%(give or take a few). my question is, is there anything that i can add this late in the cycle to add to my gains. i know, i know, i should of thought longer, but people(experienced) told me that stacking was not needed to make great gains. you know that i really don't know what to expect anyhow when the sus kicks in, but hopefully i get alot bigger than what i am now. thanks in advance for any input on this subject........ i just was talking to a buddy of mine and he told me that i'm probably around 12% bodyfat. he said 15% was a good amount. i just wanted to clear that up because i'm no fat ass. furthermore, i'm built thick.....
