Hi I'm new here and I want to start my first cycle, but I got a question first.
I'm planning to start my first cycle with dianabol, I got a friend that is practically giving it to me for free He's one of my best friends since childhood so he's for real. Anyway my question is as an average how much of the gains are kept after the first cycle, lets say I do a cycle for 8 weeks and then I spot completely how much gains will I keep. This is just for refence, I'll get into cycles later.

It all depends on training, diet, pct and everything you do after pct.
With d-bol you won't keep to much,even if you do everything right you'll only keep a little.
You should do test as a first cycle but before you do anything you should be educating yourself and read,read read.
BTW,what are your stats.
 
no prices bro. dbol is great, but you'll need something else like test to make it a real first cycle. \btw what are you stats " height , weight, bf%, training history, diet etc.
 
stats are:
5'10"
weight is about 160
BF% 18
I used to go to the gym when I was in high school and college but just to workout nothing like bodybuilding or competitions
my diet is not the best but I try to watch what I eat
 
Wow, you are skinny man.... Sounds like you haven't been training Naturally for very long.... Dbol isn't a good drug for permanent gains, it's almost a cosmetic drug... Meaning you look the best when you are using it... When you stop, you will lose alot of the gains... I say wait a year, and bust your ass in the gym naturally.... After your body gets used to the training, you can think about doing a cycle.... This is just my opinion....

There are so many things wrong with this thread that I don't even know where to start. :rolleyes:

-no prices
-don't do 17AA (orals) steroids for 8 weeks straight (hard on the liver)
-Don't ask how much you'll gain or keep. Everyone is different
-You need to train naturally A LOT longer.
-You need to train more intensely A LOT longer
-You're very out of shape (160lbs @ 18% BF) Learn to eat right first.

There's only one thing that you've done right.......joined Elite Fitness

Keep reading and postin bor, you'll get it eventually.

Agreed....do alot more reading before asking these types of questions...if you had done some research first you'd know about using dbol, PCT, etc.

Train about 5 more years and get some muscle on your frame before you even think about drugs. You need to get your diet straight bro.
