I am doing a cycle of cypionate, 400mg's week 1-2, 600mg's week 3-6 and 400mg's week 7-8.
When do I start My Nolvadex?

when you feel you have itchy nips, or they are sore. use 40mg a day untill symptoms subside, then use 20mg ED for the rest of your cycle. If you're not seeing any signs of gyno no need to use it.

hardtimes is correct. no need to use nolva unless you experiece signs of gyno. you could also add it to help hold down water retention. use at 10mg ed in that case
