At some point yes. I doubt they would waste time on a 10 amps package. But if you import 10k amps, with 50k tabs then it might get "hot" for you...

In all honesty, IT DEPENDS on a endless number of factors beyond the obvious. Customs can open any package and seize a package containing AAS regardless of the quantity. Whether they would contact the authorities who would arrange a controlled delivery depends on numerous factors.

And you're thinking of the DEA, not the FDA.
