I am 23 and have been working out for 13 months. I weigh only 155lbs and I am 5'9. I am small but really cut. I have been trying to bulk up and add some editional size. I have been taking Optimum Weigh protein and a weight gainer for about 4 months and has added about 5lbs. I am wanting to do a cycle but I know nothing about what to take or how to take it. Is there someone I can pm or a site that explains some of this. If you know of a good newbie cycle and where to get the stuff please help. I eat 5 to 6 times a day and I think I have reached a growth step I can't get over. My goal is 180. Bashing is kewl just don't be to harsh...........I'm a newbie at the cycles.
