Hey all
Just curious to those who have been there, but does having a low bodyfat percentage make you happier? Im talking about 6% or lower, 6 pack of abs, piano key obliques, chiseled face, everything.
THe thing is, im conteplating if I should strive for reaching a lower bodyfat percentage. I still have a shit load of DNP (although Im going to purchase a Triax-like substance to extend cycles), but the thing is.....Im wondering if I should just maintain what I have (my bodyfat is about 11%) and gain muscle, or strive for a lower bodyfat percentage. How does it feel like to be ripped? One of my brother's also posts on this board too, and he says that he feels much happier being at a low bodyfat percentage..but what is your opinion?
This is my problem, my goals keep changing around too much ( I just point the finger at my ADD syndrome, hey,..I gotta blame it on something besides myself right?
). One week I want to bench press 400 lbs and put more muscle, the next week I want to be ripped to shreds.
