okay here it is I've been doin primaryily the same routine for a month now tris and bis ( same exercises) now i'm gonna change it up I've been doin this
Bis- seated bar curl/concentration/dumbell curl
tris-pulldown bar/french curl/kickbacks
I think i'm gonna do two/3 exercises more sets for bis like seated bar curl and standing and standing consentration i need to throw in some inclied dumbell too
and for tris just more weight less reps
but can anyone see what i'm trying to do and tell me some advice??thanks
