I have recently started training under Westside Barbell methods. I have a question about the accessory exercises on max effort day vs the accesory exercises on dynamic day for Bench day. On Dynamic day I will train the bench at about 60% with bands for sets of 3 as fast as possible. Once I get to the accesory work do I also put focus on the speed I can perform the sets of each exercise or is the accessory work done the same as on max effort day? If anyone can help it woul be greatly apperciated!!!!
