Question on traps and arms.

Does anyone out there think doing supersets for trsaps, like shrugs followed by upright rows for like 4-6 weeks will lead to over training them? Also, does anyone believe there is a greater developement if you work bi's and back in the same workout and tri's and chest in the same wprkout as opposed to doing arms on a seperate day?
 
1-Supersetting shrugs with upright rows is fine as long as the rows are at a weight were you can complete the entire movement.

2-Out of every split I’ve done, my arms have grown the most off of working chest/back and tri’s/bi’s together. I really don’t care for the chest/tri - back/bi splits, but that’s just my $0.02…
