Hopefully this will help you, even though we obviously have fairly different body types...
I just finished my first cycle about a month and a half ago. Before I started I was 5'7", 145, 7-8% b.f. I'm 24. I used 2 bottles of Brovel Testosterona 200 over 9 weeks, tapering at the beginning and end (light cycle, I know). I ate around 4000-4500 calories a day, at least 400 g protein/day and lifted 5 days a week, training 1-2 bodyparts per day.
I ended up gaining about 25 pounds (171), put on a little bodyfat because I ate too much/not cleanly enough (up to about 10%), and put about 40-45 lbs on my bench. I am now at 165, 8-9% bodyfat and am going to see how my body likes Deca (Ttokkyo 300) in a couple of weeks.
Any comments anyone (other than that I'm small)?
