Question on Suspending Different Items

what can the following items suspend in:

• Cialis
• Finasteride
• Nolvadex
• Arimidex

What can they be suspended in? Propylene glycol, Grain Alcohol, or Glycerol?

also, if anybody knows how to suspend Oxandrolone so it is stable and doesnt degrade for up to a month, let me know with what and how, thanks!

Question not clear

I am not sure if I am understanding your question. Do you want to make solutions of the drugs in question or do you wish to make a suspension -- they are two different things. You can really suspend a dry powder in any liquid that it will nt dissolve in -- however, getting a homogeneous suspension (the same throughout) can be quite difficult. Making a solution depends on finding a liquid that your dry powder will dissolve in -- this can also be very difficult.

As far as I can find:

Cialis: only slightly soluble in water (not sure about any others)

Arimidex: Soluble up to 0.5 ml/ml in Water, Soluble in ethanol

Nolvadex: Soluble up to 0.5 mg/ml in water (not sure about any others)

Finasteride: Soluble in ethanol

As for stability, I don't think anyone could tell you how long these would be stable -- you would have to get the solution tested over time.

I have answered a thread like this elsewhere, but I used prop. glycol for my var. I not only did not notice any loss of potency, but many months later (around 7) I used the rest of it and noticed a significant increase from the papervar I was using prior to that. You can e-mail me for details
