Is there any real need for a 21 gauge needle? If I am just using stuff like sust, deca, eq what size needle is best?

It hurt the first cycle but I got used to it. Small price too pay. I heard that 23/25 where better for some reason, are there any real benifts?

They are better because they won't create as much scar tissue in the area. They slip in alot easier and smother in my opinion, also don't feel it as much if you accidental bend or put pressure on the needle while in.

I draw up all oils with 18g and shoot with 25g. Wish I practiced this method earlier on, due to scar tissue build up in glutes and delts. I can still shoot there, but only with 1 1/2 " needle because I used to use 1" and its the only way to get through scar tissue.........galaxy

How do you know if you have a lot of scar tissue and you need to change needles. I shot up the other night on each delt but one delt kind of got a bit swollen but the other I didnt even feel anything at all. Is this normal?

i use a 23 to shoot and its doesnt hurt a bit, my first injection i couldnt beleive it was over!! i was still waiting for my training partner to push it in!!. Takes ages to puch the plunger though

I uses 22's with no prob

So is the swelling in my delt normal? It wasnt hard to punch either one. I normaly left my arm so that the center delt is nice and tight and I go in from their.

The swelling and pain are usually a result of your injection technique. The more the needle moves during the injection, the more swelling and sore you will be. It is because of the micro-tears caused by the needle's movement.

As long as it is not red at the injection spot and it subsides after a day or two, then you are fine.

I prefer 1" 25g. They don't hurt at all and prevent you from injecting too quick. I usually draw with whatever the syringe came with and then screw in the 25.

i draw with a 22 and inject with a 25" I also inject everyday so i have to use a 25" otherwise i'll have marks all over my arms like a crack head.
