Question on Insulin?

Juicin18

New member
I read a post about a week ago saying to inject insulin into your legs after a leg workout, because it is dispersed faster do to the large amounts of blood flowing in your legs, well I was just wondering do you inject it inot your legs the same way as if you were injecting juice into your quad or is there another way. Thanx

To answer you're question, insulin should be injected into the top portion of you're thigh, higher than an average quad shot...you do not want to inject directly into the muscle, as the top of you're thigh tends to hold more fat. Pinch you're thigh and poke...

As with injecting into legs after a leg workout, yes the insulin will be dispersed of faster, but, this is also a much easier way to put yourself into a hypoglycemic state, as the insulin will react much quicker...

Shoot in stomach after leg workouts

Try to avoid shooting into areas where you've just worked the muscle. Shoot into the inner and outer upper thigh, subcutaneous when you choose to do the shot in the thigh.
