Question on EFA

EFAs are good anytime except post WO
 
I've always been told the more EFA's the better and I've always made it a point to add flax oil to a shake before bed
 
Taking them before bed is beneficial.

Anthrax, I never eat lowfat meals, even post workout, so I include flax in my post workout drink. I usually mix 2 cups skim milk, 1 cup soy milk (also has EFA's, but a high n-6 to n-3 ratio), 1 tbs of ground flax seeds and 5 grams of BCAA's in my post workout drink.

Fat + fiber (flax seeds) post WO :goof:

That's definitely not the usual dextrose + whey post WO shake

Aren't you afraid you delay the flux of AAs to your fried muscles ?

[BTW I've switched from a high GI post WO shake to an average GI one]
