Hi...I'm training for a competition in Sept and wanted to get your opinions on clen (oxyflux). I just started 1 week ago and plan on 2 weeks on 2weeks off. I've had really good results with an OTC fat burner for last competition but it made me really jittery and couldn't sleep for a week. From what I read on this board, no one seems to like clen! I haven't felt any sides yet but I'm still ramping up my dose. The pills I have are .2 mg and I started with 1 for 2 days, then 2 for 3 days, I plan on taking 3-4 by sunday, then ramp down toward the end of next week (is this right?) My goal is to lose body fat while I build muscle. Let me know what you guys think!
