question on clen

Hi...I'm training for a competition in Sept and wanted to get your opinions on clen (oxyflux). I just started 1 week ago and plan on 2 weeks on 2weeks off. I've had really good results with an OTC fat burner for last competition but it made me really jittery and couldn't sleep for a week. From what I read on this board, no one seems to like clen! I haven't felt any sides yet but I'm still ramping up my dose. The pills I have are .2 mg and I started with 1 for 2 days, then 2 for 3 days, I plan on taking 3-4 by sunday, then ramp down toward the end of next week (is this right?) My goal is to lose body fat while I build muscle. Let me know what you guys think!
 
People tend to get really excited when they get ahold of some clen & then expect that to make the difference in "losing weight & leaning up" or whatever. But when you talk about not liking the jitters, actually clen seems to be worse by far than your typical OTC thermo.

Oxyflux is notorious for being underdosed so you will probably need to be loading a lot more than just a couple tabs / day to "feel it". Also you don't need to ramp it down at the end of the 2 week cycle -- your receptors build tolerance to your dosage over the 2 weeks so that's why people need to increase the dose over the course of that 2 weeks to "feel it", and then you take the 2 weeks of to let your receptors clear, though you can take a thermo during the off 2 weeks because that will hit different receptors & not interfere w/ the clearing of the clen receptors.
 
Thanks Sassy, what would you recommend as the dosage? From what I read, .8 to 1.0mg was going to be my highest dosage (depending on how I felt) but I guess I have to take more? I am going to try it, see how the jitter factor is, then go from there. Like I said, I had a great respone to the thermo, "venom", but for one week i didn't sleep and it really threw me off.
 
Since you really have to find first how you specifically react w/ it and second figure out just how underdosed the stuff is (i.e. I dont 'recall the actually clen content) -- so start at probably 2 tabs in the morning on day 1. Then if you don't feel anything much, then take 1 tab in the afternoon (before 3 pm). Then the next day if you still not feeling anything -take 3 tabs in the morning. THen if you still don't feel anything, take 2 in the pm. Keep doign this until you feel some effect. The first cycle is goign to be you finding your threshold so don't worry about whether or not you are starting "high enough" - because you don't really know what "high enough" is and I would recommend that you just take it a step at a time to find the optimal dose for you. The next 2 week cycle you can then start again at the dose that you discover is where you start feeling it and go from there.

So basically each day you have 2 dose times to step up if you dont' feel anything from the previous dose. If you do start to feel it & the jitters or headache or whatever are bothering you, then just on the next dose time, don't take more than the previous day or even step the dose back a tab for a day. And then continue to increase only as you feel comfortable doing so. You will experience an increase in tolerance as you go, but again just step slowly - there's no need to get crazy agressive with it, but at the same time oxyflux just takes a little longer to find the right dose and it might seem a little freaky to be takign so many of them but they are underdosed.
