the way i do it bro is to get a serrated edge and score the vial then use a pen cap and put it over the top and snap it off. works like a charm.

most of the pin sources carry an amp opener. It is alot faster for scoring the top of the bottle, but I find the pen cap works better for a clean break than the amp opener after you have scored it.

I just warm the amp up under hot water for a few and then take a cloth and just snap it right off...pretty simple and clean break !
