Question on bicep braces???

Anyone know of or use any type of bicep brace? I am thinking something like a neoprene sleeve. I tore my rot cuff a while ago and a result of it is that my bicep tendons are all f-ed up. I am thinking a sleeve/brace to keep the bicep warm and even put a little pressure on it during workouts might be beneficial.

I used them during an injury and I found they were a major pain in the butt. They would keep moving around during training and limit your range of motion on movements like concentration curls.

I would get a topical muscle cream like Rub A535 instead and apply that before each workout.

I would also take some supplements to try and reduce the inflammation in the joint and increase recovery. The best joint supplement stack you can put together is:
5 tablets n2joint rx from n2bm.com + 25mg ostarine from sarms1.com + 3-6g of a high quality fish oil per day

Ostarine - as compared to Anabolic Steroids - Evolutionary.org

This will actually help heal and repair your joints and ligaments, along with reducing pain and inflammation.

unfortunately a brace is not going to solve this problem. looks like you need to use light weight for a while until the tendons are able to get strong again. if you continue to put pressure on them you can easily re-aggravated the injury and set yourself back.

you should really see a good quality physical therapist who can teach you exercises to strengthen that issue and not weaken it
