question for the pros

i just got my bottle of clenbuterol i was told to take it first day 1cc three times a day for three days then 1 and a half cc 3 times a day for the next three days then 2cc three times a day for the next three days then 7 days off and repeat the cycle after 7 days off this is a liquid(oral) not tablets

i.ve done some reading and a lot of people say 3 times a day for 2 days then 2 days off then three times a day for 2 days and so on what would you recommend this is my first time and what does my wieght is 260 would like to get down to 210 i'm also on a strick diet and do lots of cardio. all help would be appriciated

bro, please don't use the clen until you've read up. Do you know what the potency is? Lots of places to different mcg/ml with clen. Don't just listen to anyone who says "take 1ml", etc. Gotta be careful with that stuff, to much can make you a very unhappy camper.

yeah whats the concentration ? one cc equals how many mcg on your bottle...
it's all about actual compound weight in mcg, not cc's....

the bottle i got is a blue box with a white label on it and inside the bottle has a pump on it
 
on the bottle it says each millilitre of syrup contains0.025mg(25mcg) i thankyou very much in advance for your response
 
At 25 mcg/ml I would suggest you take 2 CC's (ml's) once per day and increase from there. Run clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Don't use it for 2 days and then take 2 off. The half life of clen is 36 hours. This doesn't allow it enough time to clear.
 
i've been on the clen for almost 2 weeks nows and still at the same wieght as when i first started 260lb i'm taking 6cc a day at 9am 12pm and 3pm i also cut all the carbs out of my diet at the gym i do 35min. on the treadmill speed walk then 25min. on the bike
and when i do wieghts i use very little wieght with reps of 12 i just started the gym about 2 weeks ago i've should of lost some wieght by know.

anybody have an answer as to why i'm having such a hard time droping in wieght i'm starting to get a little discouraged i know it's only been a couple weeks still should of drop even 3 pounds i wieght my self on different scales to make sure the reading was right.

Give it time bro. Rome wasn't built in a day. Keep a clean diet and a good training regime and results will come. Never get discouraged - always keep the overall goal in mind.
 
micco, it does take approx 2 weeks for a diet to kick in. if you dont start to see results by the end of the 3rd wk id suggest hiring a trainer that knows his/her shit about nutrition.

one more question i have the clen syrup pump and was reading on the bottle and it says doseage 4ml for 125kg wieght twice a day do you think thats to much right now i'm taking 2cc three times a day.

Diets do take time, BUT if he is really using that much clen and dieting as strictly as he claims, with the cardio and weight traing (even if its light), his admittedly untrained body SHOULD be responding. He obviously isn't building muscle to replace the fat which sometimes accounts for static weight even in the face of fat loss. This leads me to believe he isn't losing bf. My guess is that he isn't dieting as strictly as he thinks (specifically in creating a caloric deficit) and isn't putting the necessary effort into the cardio. Not knocking you bro, but its either the stuff I mentioned before, or else you don't respond to as most all humans do, which is doubtful. If you run a caloric deficit for 2 weeks, particulalry if you are overweight and increasing your workload(however minimally, and not to mention the excessive clen) you will lose weight. Since you are not, my guess is you are not actually accomplishing some or all of the aforementioned factors as well as you think. This seems like the only logical explanation, if the body is short calories it has to get them from somewhere and over 2 weeks that must show, atleast IMO.
 
this is my routine this morning i had two slices of brown toast bread with peanut butter and sugar free jam and a grape fruit for lunch salad with olive oil and vinger and also add tuna(water tuna) to the salad for dinner brocoli and some more salad then i'll wait about an hour and go to the gym thats what i eat every day i'll have fish a couple times a week and some steak(lean meat) i'm just trying to figure out what is wrong if i'm doing things right or maybe if i got riped off on the clen i will stick to my routine and give it some more time if there is anything i'm doing wrong please reply.

Based upon what you said that you ate everyday I would say you are not eating enough. I do not know how much you weight or your work out history or nothing but if you are getting your cardio in and not loseing I would say your problem is diet related. You need to get six small meals in a day.example this is what I do: 8:00am meal 11:00shake or snack 1:00meal 4:00 snack or shake 6:00 meal 8:00 snackor shake if I still freel hungry before I go to bed I will have a hand full of almonds and a cup of fat free yogurt before I go to bed and drink alot of water a gallon or more a day helps flush out the system, Thats what works for me hope I helped a little. :RADAR

The best way to help you is for you to help us!
Something doesn't seem right here??? if your doing everything you say you are, than you should be peelin' off the weight even without the clen.
What does your entire schedule look like at the gym? Incuding days on/off, body parts worked, intensity and cartio schedule within your training schedule?
We need to know your calorie intake for a day broken up into carbs/protein/fat you can get most of this information from the nutritional info on the food package or scan the internet. Can't think of any off the top of my head right now but i know there are a ton of websites out there with the calorie breakdown of all foods.

We need this info at the LEAST to be able to give a brother or a sister an informed opinion.
