question for the gh experienced?

I am likely going to start running a gh bridge sometime around christmas time. My wife and I are looking for another kid, my first one was conceived in the middle of a long cycle of 3000mg a week, but this time around it seems to be a bit tougher. So I figure that coming off everything except for gh, and possibly insulin, might be my best bet for making sure the boys are all swimming the way they should....and you can tell by my avatar, that I cant stay totally clean for very long, as I cant maintain my size without some gear...
So my question is what is the most effective way to run gh, 1x a day, 2x a day, I'm not sure. I ran it before for about 8 months, and was going shooting it twice a day, but that was a couple years ago....is there any consensus on what the most effective way to run it is? I can get the chinese kits at a wicked price, so am going to go with those ones
 
like almost everything else, u will hear some say 1 thing and others swear on another. i've done GH several times at all different dosing patterns. if i use it again, which i will be in march, i will do 1 a day shots mon-fri.

once or twice is fine per day. Some clen might help maintain strength/muscle.
 
I normally just did it once a day, regardless of the iu’s

Also if you can afford a lot of growth

Just take it every day


People would go 5 on 2 off, just to make the growth last longer, if I had more, would have gone 7 days straight.


On another subject, I have 4 kids, I don’t think being on, off or some where else really affects them at least genetically.
 
solidspine, i agree that whether or not you are on when they are conceived has nothing to do with how the kid comes out, my son turned out great!! Not to mention that I asked several docs the same question, one of which is very against steroids, and they all agreed on the same thing, it cant affect them

NS can you elaborate on this please. I trust you as the avatar speaks volumes to me, but I want to better understand this school of thought. Once you have the muscle you have it, right?

BTW - I have 4 kids and when trying for #3 had trouble. It fixed itself, but getting tests done was not fun. Fighting w/ my wife over AAS use and pot use was a nightmare. Funny how when she got what she wanted she stopped caring about the AAS........
 
you might add proviron to your bridge as it can increase sperm count, and will help maintain your drive in the gym (and bedroom)

Twice a day for SURE, first thing in morning, mid afternoon then while sleeping you still get your natty release during REM. If you take it too late, you risk not getting the natty release which over time will mess with pituitary also. I have run a year at a time, 2x daily, no issues going off it cold.

You have a natural genetic limit, which is how big you can get naturally, then there is a limit on how big you can get on juice. Once you pass your natural limit, then you will generally go back to that limit over time if you stay off the juice. There are things that can affect that, like how long you maintain the bigger than natural size. basically the body is always trying to return to homeostatis(normal), which means it doesnt want the muscle you have added. But if you stay at that size for a long time, it seems like you make a new set point for your body, maybe not as big as you at your biggest, but bigger than that natural limit
So I am way past my natural limit, so my body does not want this size, so that makes it very hard to keep. I have been this size for a couple years now, so I dont think if I stayed natural I would go back down to where I started when i did the first cycle, but I wouldnt be able to maintain what I have. At this point I am not willing to part with any of what I worked this hard for, so it means I have to stay on at least a low dose of some steroid most of the time, to keep myself where I am at

triple j, I got the proviron advice on another board as well, I will look into it, but its also a dht derrivitive, and I dont have much hair left to lose

i run 4iu eod...it works good for me...i split it 2iu in the am and 2 iu in the afternoon..i have runn up to 8iu eod...got wicked sides with that...arms fell asleep everynight...but to tell you the truth..thhey still fall asleep alot..haha:)

I agree witht this. My questions is...wouldnt GH or even IGF put you over your natural or even 'juice' limit?
