Gentlemen,
I have the opportunity to take some tbol and/or var off a friend's hands. This would be my first cycle. I know it would be much better to throw some test in there, but quite frankly, I don't have the slightest clue how to find any. I only have access to the tbol or var because my friend doesn't need it.
That being said, I guess my question for the experts is which one is better for a first cycle?
I am 30 years old, been training for the better part of 15 years. 14% bodyfat. I could stand to lose a few pounds, but my main focus is on getting stronger.
To make the most out of this cycle, should I be eating to bulk or to cut? I know both compounds can be used in a cutting or bulking cycle, but my question is which would be most effective?
