Ive tried many ways and many diff. diuretics. the thing that worked the best for me was at this years jr USA. i pumped in 3 gals of h2o mon.& tues. switched to distilled on wed. went down to two on thur. 1/2 gal fri. and none sat. Sodium stayed in my diet until wed. I then cut out all added salt and only took in the natural occurring sodium in my food, keeping it under 300 mgs. a day if you cut sodium completely out and use a diuretic you will be flat!! If your hell bent on using a diuretic then do not cut sodium!! the salt and other electrolites help hold water in your muscles. If your diet and cardio regimn are on track you should be dry as hell in the am already. I know during my contest prep i need a gallon in me just to get through am cardio, cuse i get so dried out through the night.
