Hey everyone, I'm wondering what your thoughts are for Thanksgiving.
I'm wondering if I should make the whole day a refeed day, or just do a cheat meal at night.
Now, I know in the long run, it's really not going to matter all that much, but I figure I might as well try to do it as right as I can.
I'm going to eat a lot for dinner, otherwise my parents would absolutely kill me. And being it's once a year, I planned to cheat this day since the diet started 11 weeks ago. But it's just one meal, so I guess it doesn't matter all that much.
So what are your guys' take on this? Refeed the whole day and cheat (because I'm going to mix fat and carbs) at night? Or just do normal diet and have the cheat meal at night?
