question for Sound Factory juiceheads

Coke wouldn't really be much of a problem, as I know a lot of hardcore guys who are big-time coke heads.
Drinking to excess can be a tough one--I know this from experience (like last night).

Rolls and things that can have a long-lasting come down are the most difficult to deal with (I would imagine).

Experts please resopnd.
 
You do what you have to do. Roids keep your muscle mass, and when its time to go to work, gym, job, etc, you do what you have to do. Then again, i don't do it like i use to, but i would lie if i didn't say i did it for a while. :)

Instead of cardio bumps of k is what use to keep me ripped. If you do it weekly and your juicing you can maintain what you have. But doing it 2 days in a row or 3 times a week really kills you even if you do juice. Most of the guys I know just keep upping the dosage to compensate for their drug use. I am now drug free and in the best shape natural for the time being so I guess the drugs did robb me of some quality mass. Can't wait to do a cycle without partying like I use to.
Whe I did alot of drugs these are the effects they had on me. Coke completely made me look flat and loose size quickly. Pills couldn't eat for 2 days usually so thats no good. K made me hard as a rock that night and the next day, kept size.. G was pefect if you did it alone with nothing else or were able to get it in the club sleep like a baby the following afternoon. Alcohol made flat no pump and usually a nasty hangover.

the simplest explanation is this...steroids are REALLY good at keeping muscles from breaking down, even at low doses. Most of the week everyone that you consider in shape trains hard, eats right and one or two nights they get fuct up. All in all, your gaining most of the week (at a much greater rate than those who are natural) and the few days that you do get fuct up the steroids prevent your body from breaking down the muscle.

Also the choices of drugs matters. G being number one for me.
 
I'm not even talking about losing/maintaining muscle. But how do you find the energy to work out afterwards? I don't use drugs but whenever I did, I couldn't even get to the gym until wednsday and I would only be able to lift half as much and could barely do cardio because of the palpitations.
 
You do what you have to do, i mean if you are going to party. You have to be able to know that when you do party, you have to push yourself. And you can tell the ones that don't, becuase they usually say i am on "sust/fina/eq/winny/dbol/primos" they weigh about 170lbs, and look like shit. And the ones that, get up on Monday and go to the gym, and push to keep eating and keep their diets, look good and party hard.

Basically what I do is make sure to get at least 6 hours of sleep before sf, wake up eat a huge meal. I bring a protein bar with me eat it 2 hours after I get in. Dance with my favorite girl Gina all night long pop an addy or two. Then have a few protein shakes and bannanas when I get hungry and drink like 10 bottles of water. I bang out 12 hour shifts in that place and manage to not lose an ounce of muscle. It a great feeling :p !

Its the greatest feeling eating a protein bar in that place and getting stared at by all my friends when they are cracked out,
theyre like "how the fuck can you eat that shit right now!"

basically my same routine, just think of it as a cardio day
 
I remember I would call the bagel place across the street from the club and order delivery. Then I'd be sitting at the tables there with plates full of food, eating sandwiches and fruit salad. People would see the food and look like they want to puke. :p
 
first off,...thank god for sound factory...secondly the energy you have the next day is completally dependent on the type of drugs you did the night before. for instance. coke= no energy, pills=slight energy, meth=want to kill yourself because your insides feel hollow. pretty much any kind of stimulant is gonna drain your energy.
here is the key. As any well practiced factory juicehead knows, all you need is KETAMINE. it makes you forget how tired you are in the club so u can just keep going, no crashing, and no hangover, and no muscle deterioration, not chemically addictive, and no long term side effects, could you find a better drug, i think not.
this is how i play on the weekends, im not sure about anyone else though.:dance2:

Just force yourself to eat when you have to, and workout when you have to.


Mind over.....comedown i suppose.

Oh and I would never do k in public. It makes me too silly :p And you guys look just as silly as anyone when you're on it. You should really see yourselves.

As for working out, I suggest to anyone taking stimulants to take a couple days off. Unless you want to risk a heart attack that is.

i hate too admit it, but yes we do look like zombie morons when were on "K", i just cant stand stimulants anymore...
