Ok, this year which country had the least number of atheletes? When I was watching the Opening Ceremonies for the 1996 Games, there was one country who only had ONE athelete (and a table ping pong player at that...). What about this year?

And has there ever been a country yet who has NEVER taken home any kind of gold medal in the history of the Olympics?

And they are all high on something naturally. psychological surveys and studies consistently show the icelanders to be the happiest people in the world.
