Question for my bro on cycle....

My bro is running 300mg deca a week and taking 50 mg on winny eod....does this sound koser...he wants to harden up while losing dome bodyfat and put on some muscle and strength....I am by no means a winny expert, so i will leave it to the board....

He should have added some test in that cycle in case of Deca dick. And he should also be taking winny ED at least 50mg per day.

Well if he's pretty good at responding to steroids yes he will gain well off of this. Don't forger proper training, eating and rest as well. I did a cycle similar to this except it was 100mg week less of the deca and gained pretty well. Like crazy said though test would have been a good addition IN CASE of deca dick but not everyone gets it. Proviron could be used as an alternative. BTW - 50mg ed is not needed. I did 50mg eod and got results.
