Hey MR X! On one of my earlier posts you suggested I drop the wholemeal bread and eat either brown rice or wholemeal pasta (which I have been doing) on my bulking diet, just wondering if you could explain the benefits of doing this to me? Oh and if I was trying to get lean would I still be better off with the pasta/rice rather than the wholemeal bread?
