Macro...why does the 5lb. version of iso agb have 1g of fat listed but the 2lb. does not? is it the same stuff?

both of them have between .3 and .5g of fat (almost entirely from the lecethin that makes the protein "instantized"). the labels were done at different times (2lb and 5lb) on one the amount was rounded down the other up. Both are technically correct (less than .5=zero), though it should read "less than 1g of fat" on the 5lb.

as a note- lecithin is a healthy fat (with average 7.5 cals per gram, though the amount is negligible)

note2- just an FYI- fats though listed in chemistry and nutrition books as 9 cals per gram actually can range from 6 cals to 13 cals per gram.
