I drank a lot beforehand and i cant remember how i found her, because im SURE i didnt approach her, but all i remember is spending the night talkign to her. Anyways she didnt drink anything at all that night and was flirty, we danced, had fun etc, then she gave me her number without me even asking, so one would assume she was interested because she also told me to call her tomorrow to tell her what i was doing that night

Problem. Of all the floors, wings, and residences in my uni (like 25,000 ppl), she lives 5 door down from a girl who called me every day for 2 months, and i just didnt pick up or call back (i liked her at first then something changed) so naturally she has a horrible impression of me. While me being a complete retard mentioned to this girl i met that i had a "friend" on her floor (DUH). I'm also certain she probably bumped into her and asked about me, cause i called today and her roomate picked up, said she was there, went to get her, came back and said she was busy, take a msg, etc. Well i never heard back from her.

Ok here's the question. If you liked a guy, but met his old gf/someone that knows him, and they said bad shit about him, would you still pursue him or try and avoid him? im just debating whether i should give it a minute and hope for a legit excuse, or call back and try to explain what really happened (the old girl was nuts)

One of the central reasons is also that Canada has a salary cap if you are practicing medicine and the taxes will rape more than half your pay once you start getting slightly high at like 300k / year. Better to finish off in the US while getting residency at the same time.

Problem is that I really like NYC, but its basically the exact same climate as Toronto, which sucks. I want to check out San Fran (Darktooth need a roommate?) because i love skiing and mountain biking, and san fran is awesome weather and close to a lot of good mountain ranges. I TAKE IT LIFE SCIENCES MEANS PRE-MED IN THE STATES. YEAH, LSU HAS A GOOD MED SCHOOL. IT IS ACTUALLY IN NEW ORLEANS THOUGH. THE ACTUAL CAMPUS FOR THE UNIVERSITY IS IN BATON ROUGE. THEY ARE AN HOUR APART.

I'm also in the Life Sciences program.

U of T is a good school don't get me wrong, but there are 60,000 students. Way too overcrowded. Plus I don't live on campus (I'm in Etobicoke) so it takes me 1 hour to get to school. I never figured any of these things would affect me that much, but they do.

I have a friend in almost every UofT program; lifesciences, business, comp sci .. Most of them think its pretty good, my cousin is also in the life sciences prog and runs some of the labs there. I also workout at the harthouse sometimes, although the weight rooms is lacking there is other good facilities.The Rainbow Warrior himself AKA 'Nathan' also goes to UofT apparently, you should meet up with him and beat him senseless.

Kayne - yeah I read about that somewhere, I still have some general courses to finish which I will do there, and then I may move around to another state like Florida to finish, or vice versa.

CK - Both Rad and Neuro gross 300k min. avg (u.s) | and I've spent some time looking into both, among some others these seem the best overall.

Nice. I have one more year to decide which to specialize in right after I move. If I can get the same job working in a hospital down there as I have up here than I will be very well off in the interim. I've just about reached the 70 hour mark, maybe even more, without sleep and things are getting blurry so I think the double dose of tranq's and nyquil are starting to take effect.
