Hi there bros. I know there is alot of computer savvy guys on this board. I have been a little paranoid these days with all the busts and terrorist sh*t going on. I have been deleteing my E-mails and have just been a little more cautious these days not rushing into things shot gun. I just wanted to take another precaution by deleteing my cookies on my hard drive. I don't want anybody into my business. Can any of you gurus out there tell me how to do this? It might be a good idea for everyone to keep things more secure.

deleting temp files, cookies, emptying the recycle bin, clearing the cache, etc. will due nothing to protect you. government agencies, and many companies use very complicated software (encase, etc), to retrieve data. the best product on the market right now is "evidence eliminator"; it’s pricey, but worth the investment.once you purchase the software; you can get whatever updates they have. if you don’t have a personal firewall; I would suggest you get one. you would be surprised, how easy it is to ping (tap into someone’s computer). hackers are a pain in the arse. regardless of whether your ISP has a firewall; you still need to get your own. ISP’s are notorious ,for reporting your internet activity to advertisers. stay safe..
