I am on Atkins and everything I have read, it sounds almost exactly the same as CKD. So - Question. Do you find it beneficial to have one day a week of upping your carbs?
The carb up day helps to re-energize you and it is also necessary when on a low-carb diet so that the body keeps burning fat the way it is supposed to on a CKD. It is the 7th day of the week.
